Problems with Apple Store services: Buying or downloading software and content is currently apparently for many users is not possible. Even iTunes services are affected. Another problem with iCloud should be fixed now.
Apple's online stores currently do not function properly: Concerns include App Store, iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and music services iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match. "Users may be able to access or view one or more of the stores listed above still make purchases," the company explained on the System Status page.
